General Policy
All purchases made through our website are final. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.
Refund Policy
1. No Refunds After Payment
Once payment is made for any service or product, no refund requests will be accepted, regardless of usage.
2. Yoga Classes & Coaching Sessions (Live or Online)
All payments for scheduled yoga classes and coaching sessions are non-refundable. Please confirm your schedule before booking.
3. Personalized Yoga or Nutrition Programs
Custom wellness programs are created specifically for individual needs. These are non-refundable once initiated.
4. Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable products (e.g., PDFs, guides), all sales are final and non-refundable.
5. Subscription-Based Services
Subscriptions are charged on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be given for past billing cycles.
Note: If a technical issue prevents access to services, we will assist in resolving it. In such cases, partial credit toward future services may be considered.
Cancellation Policy
1. Classes and Sessions
If you cannot attend a scheduled class or session:
Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be rescheduled or refunded, except in the case of genuine emergencies (e.g., medical reasons).
2. Personalized Programs
To cancel a personalized program:
Notify us at least 7 days before the program start date.
After the program has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.

A service credit toward future sessions.
However, cash or digital refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
